Like you, I have walked life’s toughest paths, not knowing where to turn, feeling stuck and overwhelmed. It was after having suffered two miscarriages and being told that I couldn’t have any more children that I realised that I had the power to heal my mind, body and soul…. I could choose the direction of my life. My second child, my daughter, is proof of that.
Since that lightbulb moment, I explored natural ways to reconnect and heal. From training to be a Reiki Master to qualifying in a host of holistic therapies, I now share these life-changing tools to help women tap into their intuitive wisdom and find their own path forward.
